Terrance House strives to ensure that the Residents feel safe and comfortable, in a warm, homely environment.
Comfortable and generous communal areas with beautiful, homelike surroundings.
We also have a fully equipped Kitchen, solely for the Resident’s to use, dedicated to developing their daily living skills.
We consider all mealtimes to be social occasions where people can enjoy nutritious home-cooked food in an environment suited to their needs. The home uses fresh and local ingredients that are prepared and cooked by our experienced on-site chefs. There is always a selection of freshly baked cakes on offer throughout the day, along with healthy snacks.
We can cater for any dietary requirement and encourage friends and relatives to join us at mealtimes. We liaise with a dietitian on all special nutritional requirements.
Our menus change seasonally, and meals are regularly sampled by the management team to ensure that the food we provide is nutritional, well-presented and flavoursome.
Terrance House strives to give the residents every comfort to make their stay homely and safe.
All the bedrooms are single, tastefully decorated and have co-ordinated furnishings and vanity units.
Every bedroom, bathroom and toilet is directly linked to our attendant request system. Residents can personalise their rooms, choose colours, as well as, bring their own pictures and items of furniture.
Family and friends are always welcome, and visits by prospective clients are encouraged.
